I had ordered a starter misting system a while back and when it arrived the unit did not work(it happens sometimes).The problem was traced to a faulty power brick(that supplies the pump with power).I contacted mistking,and Marty about this expecting to have a fight on my hands as it was new right out of the box. But there was no hassle,they sent me a new power supply the next day no questions asked.The pump works awesome I am very happy with the system and the company. Actually This weekend I was at a reptile show in Red Deer alberta and was able to thank Marty in person on how well the situation was handled.It was then I decided to come home and write this testimonial. THX again. PS I also am quite happy that i bought the system to begin with, it has made my hobby so much easier i wouldnt have a vivarium without one.
