Marty, Thank you for your AMAZING customer service! Everyone knows your Misting systems are hands down the best! I want everyone to know... That what they read in the testimonials is 100% true! I was looking for some answers to specific questions before my order. I was blown away by how quickly you responded, (within an hour), w/ answers to my query. I then placed my order w/ you ASAP! I had the time in a recent, (& ongoing), build to wait, while a pump was out of stock. I received FREE shipping, swapped out options I needed, & my shipping was super fast! Even after I had received my order, you helped me with questions I had about a timer issue. Turns out the mistake was on my end. Even then you were gracious and kind, after the fact! Most companies could give a crap after they get payed. You have demonstrated uncanny, and almost non-existent attributes,(especially in the customer service arena)!
