I had ordered the starter system from another site and the timer was bad. I contacted Mistking directly and was contacted by Marty who helped me troubleshoot the system and conclude I had received a bad timer. They shipped me a brand new one very quickly without any charge to me. I got the new timer installed and the system works great! I couldn't be more pleased with it!
